Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton Minneapolis Airport is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily food & Beverage operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will supervise staff, train teams, manage inventory, and ensure strict food safety and cleanliness standards across kitchen and dining areas. Strong leadership, communication, and cash handling experience with POS systems are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management.
• Supervisory or assistant management experience within the hospitality sector.
• Experience managing hospitality teams with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food & Beverage service operations across departments.
• Lead, train, and coach staff on food prep, service, and safety.
• Manage inventory control, ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
• Oversee cash handling and operate POS systems accurately.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Coordinate shift schedules, monitor performance, interview new staff.
• Assist with food production, catering events, and banquets.
