The GM will bring at least 3 years in a restaurant setting or food industry background, with demonstrated management experience, strong communication, and financial control skills. Weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a restaurant environment or food industry background.
• Experience in a management position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership in the restaurant.
• Handle human resources functions: performance management, scheduling, policy application, recruitment and onboarding, coaching and training, and performance appraisals.
• Manage inventory control, forecasting productivity, financial reporting, and cost control (cost of sales, labor).
• Aim to attain financial targets.
• Execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Handle daily banking deposits.
• Manage cash issues (cash short).
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Monitor competitor promotions and market trends.
• Maintain high customer service standards and handle customer issues.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to Pizza Hut standards.
• Order products and maintain supplier relations.
• Support the District Manager in market activities.
