Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations per policy.
• Coordinate training programs and new employee orientation.
• Develop cost controls and budgeting with established procedures.
• Schedule staff to maintain high service standards.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure safety policies and hazard prevention is followed.
• Oversee cashier operations and related audits.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews of assigned staff.
• Assist with hiring decisions and wage/salary recommendations.
