Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Five to ten years in the restaurant industry with supervision experience.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship building.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to compile, compute, and analyze data for reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Brew Brothers Restaurant and Bar.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a well-trained service team.
• Analyze business trends and performance with tools like Avero.
• Develop ideas to maximize revenue and reduce expenses with the F&B team.
• Mentor employees to deliver superior service and product quality.
• Manage budgetary aspects and capital projects.
• Create efficient scheduling to maintain service standards.
• Hire, train, motivate, evaluate and supervise staff.
• Enforce safety policies and eliminate hazards.
• Prepare periodic performance reviews for staff.
• Make staffing and wage decisions within guidelines.
