Caesars Entertainment's Wolf by Vanderpump in South Lake Tahoe, NV, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, guide daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction. You will help with prep, service, training, and staff development in a dynamic, on-site setting.

Ideal candidates have supervisory restaurant experience, strong mixology and wine knowledge, and excellent communication skills to lead a team effectively and uphold Caesars standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in hotel or restaurant management is preferred.
• Graduate of post high school two-year Culinary Arts School or equivalent experience preferred.
• Five years of restaurant/food service experience, including 3 years supervisory experience.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong background in Mixology; good knowledge of Wine and Beverage products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to compile, compute, and analyze data for reports.
• Ability to negotiate with diverse departments.
• Ability to implement strategic vision into day-to-day operations.
• Demonstrates integrity and acts as a role model for team members.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Actively build and retain customer relations and mentor team members.
• Hire, train, motivate, evaluate and supervise personnel; coach for improvement.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations per policies and procedures.
• Establish and run training programs, including new team member orientation.
• Develop and administer controls for all restaurant phases in an economical manner.
• Coordinate high-quality food preparation methods and menu presentations for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain efficient scheduling to ensure high food prep and service standards.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and hazards are eliminated.
