Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is looking for an Assistant Manager to assist the General Manager in daily operations across multiple quick-service outlets in Las Vegas. This role includes managing staff training, handling customer complaints, and compiling budget reports.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a quick-service environment. A degree in hospitality is preferred along with strong communication skills and the ability to handle fast-paced situations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in hospitality-related field.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management.
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the outlet per established policies.
• Establish and administer training programs for new employees.
• Compile annual budgets and management reports.
• Counsel and guide personnel in job performance.

Skills

Effective communication in English
