You’ll promote the brand through community events, ensure sanitation and safety compliance, and manage staffing, planning, and financial aspects to support store growth and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning, sanitation, and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
