Job summary

Franchise Restaurant Concept Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in Lincoln, NE. You will lead Team Members and Shift Managers, coach performance, and cover hourly roles as needed to ensure excellence in guest experience, safety, and profitability.

You will participate in labor scheduling, inventory, and daily financial reviews, while upholding HACCP standards and company policies. Travel to multiple locations may be required as part of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple restaurant locations as needed.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in achieving operational excellence across food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Provide leadership and direction to Team Members and Shift Managers for consistent execution.
• Coaching, training, and corrective guidance for Team Members.
• Oversee scheduling, labor planning, and real-time staffing adjustments.
• Monitor and analyze daily/weekly financial performance to identify opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HACCP, and safety standards.
