Franchise Restaurant Concept Group seeks an Assistant Manager to support General Manager across operations, guest service, and profitability. You will coach Team Members, manage scheduling, and ensure food safety and quality in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires flexibility to travel between locations, strong leadership, and excellent communication to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• English fluency required (read, write, speak).
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in achieving operational excellence.
• Lead Team Members and Shift Managers for consistent execution.
• Coach hourly Team Members and provide ongoing development.
• Assist with labor planning, scheduling, and staffing adjustments.
• Oversee inventory, food safety, and FIFO rotation.
