Golden Corral is seeking a Manager in Lexington, KY to oversee food production and Back-of-the-House operations. You will ensure quality, safety and efficiency while guiding a team responsible for day-to-day restaurant performance.

The role requires management experience in a high-volume casual dining setting and completion of the chain's paid 8-week training program. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong, stable work history along with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Successful completion Golden Corral's paid 8- week management training program. May require travel

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production and Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures and systems to ensure quality, consistency and cleanliness for guests.
• Manage overall restaurant operations including food quality, production, safety and labor.
• Lead the restaurant operations management team to uphold standards and drive performance
