The role requires prior management experience in similar environments and completion of Golden Corral's paid 8-week training program, with possible travel.

Qualifications

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral's paid 8-week management training program. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production and Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, and procedures.
• Ensure standards for quality food, recipes, and cleanliness for guests.
• Manage overall restaurant operations including food quality, production, safety, and labor.
