Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, labor management, and inventory to sustain exceptional guest experiences. The AGM role emphasizes competency-based leadership, adherence to standards, and supporting daily operations and special projects.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
