Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Orlando to partner with the General Manager on store actions, financial metrics, and team development. You’ll manage schedules, labor, and inventory while upholding service standards and food safety. Competitive pay is offered with opportunities for growth and leadership visibility.

The AGM will learn competency-based leadership and operational skills as part of a collaborative leadership team within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory/management role in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality and service.
• Oversee inventory, supply orders, and cost control.
• Supervise training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Support scheduling and staffing efforts.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive environment.
• Enhance guest experience and address customer concerns promptly.
• Assist with financial tracking, cash handling, and budgets.
