Job summary

CAVA - Millenia in Orlando, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to implement our mission, values, and operating standards. You will partner with the General Manager to drive store results, lead a team, and uphold safety, quality, and service.

The AGM will oversee scheduling, forecasting, labor, and inventory while developing hourly Team Members in leadership skills. Competitive pay and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work flexible hours, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, sourcing, and cost control to drive profitability.
• Supervise and coach Team Members with training and feedback.
• Support scheduling and staffing needs with the GM.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive environment.
• Enhance guest experiences by upholding high service standards.
• Lead initiatives to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute to financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Assist with administrative tasks and record-keeping as needed.
