Job summary

CAVA is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader in delivering exceptional restaurant operations. The AGM will help drive store action plans, financial results, and hourly team development, with responsibilities spanning schedules, forecasting, labor management, and inventory.

The role requires 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity within food service, strong leadership, and a passion for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and feedback.
• Support with scheduling and staffing.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Enhance guest experience by upholding high service standards and addressing concerns.
• Lead by example in customer service and motivate the team.
