Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily restaurant operations and scheduling.
• Ensure food quality, service, and cleanliness per standards.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control.
