Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and reinforce compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation; ensure health and liquor regulations where applicable.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and supervision of shifts.
• Manage inventory, orders, and record-keeping; process invoices.
• Support unit manager in achieving financial and guest service objectives.
