Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Boise, ID is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. In this role, you'll lead daily operations in GM's absence, train and coach staff, manage cash and inventory, and help drive profitability while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience with P&L management preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Model the MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence, food safety, and Core standards.
• Take charge of operations in the GM's absence.
• Provide ongoing feedback to the team.
• Address employee relations issues and resolve them.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring team members.
• Support Profit & Loss management including cash control and inventory.
• Review financial reports and optimize performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health & safety compliance.
