Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Florida seeks a Restaurant Manager to assist the Unit General Manager in overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional results, and upholding a positive culture with strong client relationships.

You will train and supervise staff during shifts, ensure compliance with Food and Beverage standards and company policies, monitor health and safety, and help achieve financial and guest-service objectives while maintaining a best-in-class work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a diverse workforce.
• Understanding of P&L goals (labor, sales, COG).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Check quality of food and beverage deliveries.
• Train and supervise staff during assigned shifts.
• Maintain sanitation and health & safety standards; ensure liquor regulations where applicable.
• Monitor performance, assist leadership in achieving goals, and manage paperwork.
