You will create schedules, manage inventory, work with CrunchTime or HotSchedules, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Familiar with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems.

Responsibilities
