The role requires 1-2 years of restaurant management, strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, plus a basic understanding of P&L.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to a diverse workforce and support leadership.
• Basic understanding of P&L concepts (labor, sales, COG).

Responsibilities

• Assist Unit General Manager in overseeing operations and guest service.
• Ensure compliance with Food and Beverage standards and company policies.
• Supervise staff during shifts and deliver prompt, courteous service.
• Monitor quality, sanitation, safety, and liquor regulations where applicable.
• Handle paperwork, invoices, equipment maintenance, and opening/closing procedures.
