Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Denver, CO is seeking a Restaurant Manager I to support the Unit General Manager in overseeing daily operations, coach staff, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a high school diploma (some college preferred), 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to assist leadership in achieving objectives and goals.
• Basic understanding of P&L goals (labor, sales, COG).

Responsibilities

• Understand policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and training programs for the concept.
• Check quality standards upon delivery of food and beverages.
• Assist in ordering concept supplies (food, beverages, smallware, chemicals, paper).
• Resolve customer complaints following company standards for food quality or service.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Ensure health and safety compliance including liquor regulations where applicable.
• Assist in preparation of paperwork, reports, and schedules.
• Process invoices.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment and services.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and security.
• Advise concept manager on associate performance.
• Ensure dress code compliance.
• Monitor food prep against brand and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
