The role requires managing weekly meetings, staff evaluations, and compliance with policies while coordinating with the management team to sustain growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Current food management certification.
• Ownership mentality and leadership potential.
• Flexible scheduling and willingness to relocate as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to read/write English and manage basic math.

Responsibilities

• Communicate kitchen issues with management throughout the day.
• Attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings.
• Prepare and review weekly/monthly employee evaluations.
• Oversee shift operations and ensure safety and health standards.
• Maintain accurate records and report results honestly.
