- Must understand health code standards and follow policies.
- Must be able to manage scheduling and staffing flexibility.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Requires basic math, cash handling, and calculator skills.
Responsibilities
- Communicate kitchen issues with management during the day.
- Attend weekly manager and monthly staff meetings.
- Read the weekly memo and complete evaluations.
- Coordinate with MOD when a shift ends and report events honestly.
- Ensure adherence to policies, manuals, and health standards.
