Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises, Inc. is seeking experienced restaurant managers to lead operations across South Florida locations. Candidates should be capable of managing daily tasks, coaching staff, and ensuring health-code compliance while delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate about kitchen issues with management throughout the day.
• Must read or write notes in the manager’s daily log in English.
• Must attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings.
• Must read the weekly memo and complete weekly/monthly employee evaluations.
• Must train and supervise staff and coordinate with MODs when shifts end.
• Must adhere to all health, safety and food-service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with front- and back-of-house teams throughout shifts.
• Assist with inventory, pars, ordering and cost controls.
• Attend all required meetings and participate in staff development.
