Job summary

Flanigan’s is seeking experienced restaurant managers to lead operations across South Florida. You will oversee daily kitchen and service workflows, ensure health and safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding Flanigan’s legendary guest experience.

The role demands strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to manage a demanding schedule, typically 50–55 hours per week. Competitive benefits and clear growth opportunities accompany a traditional full-time track.

Qualifications

• Current food management certification is required.
• Ownership mentality and leadership capability.
• Flexibility to work a 365-day schedule.
• Willingness to relocate if needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read/write English and manage basic math in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate kitchen issues with management throughout the day.
• Attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings.
• Read weekly memo and complete monthly evaluations.
• Coordinate with M.O.D. on shift transitions and event reporting.
• Enforce health code standards and company policies.
• Lead the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
