Qualifications

• Must hold a current food management certification.
• Demonstrates ownership mentality with flexibility for scheduling.
• Willing to transfer to different locations and work 50–55 hours per week.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to read/write English and maintain manager daily logs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate kitchen issues with management throughout the day.
• Attend weekly manager's meetings and monthly staff meetings.
• Maintain accurate, honest shift reports and evaluations.
• Coordinate with district managers on policies and health standards.
• Ensure proper health code compliance and sanitation practices.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
