Job summary

Flanigan's Enterprises is seeking experienced restaurant managers to join the South Florida team. Prospective managers will oversee daily operations, ensure health code compliance, and lead staff with an ownership mentality.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to manage shifts across a 365-day calendar. Ideal candidates will have a current food management certification, solid math skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have ownership mindset and flexibility for scheduling across a 365-day operation.
• Excellent communication, English reading/writing, and ability to summarize issues for management.
• Must demonstrate basic math skills, count currency, and use a calculator.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with management about kitchen issues throughout the day.
• Attend weekly manager meetings and monthly staff meetings.
• Maintain accurate, honest reports of events and outcomes.
• Adhere to all policies, manuals, and safety standards.
• Assist in evaluations and participate in shift handovers.
