Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks a dedicated Outlets Manager at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort in Boerne, TX. You will oversee restaurant and room service operations for multiple meals, hire and train staff, and ensure service quality aligned with LSOPs and safety standards.

In this role you will forecast budgets, monitor labor and food costs, and respond to guest needs to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth. Hotel experience is preferred and a strong leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of post-high school education or equivalent required.
• Two years of full employment in a related position at a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze current activities or information and make logical conclusions and recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner as directed by the Outlets Manager.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, evaluate performance, and manage staff staffing and discipline when needed.
• Implement company programs and ensure compliance with LSOPs, SOPs and safety regulations.
• Forecast and monitor budgets to maximize revenue and control labor and other costs.
