Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Banquet Server at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort in Boerne, TX. You will assist the Banquet Manager by setting up rooms, serving guests, and ensuring quality service throughout events.

The role requires team collaboration, strong hospitality manners and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs while standing for long periods. Experience in hotel food and beverage is preferred and a flexible schedule is helpful.

Qualifications

• Hotel/food service experience preferred.
• Must be willing to pitch in and help co-workers.
• Ability to comply with alcohol service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room with linens, serviceware and glassware.
• Greet guests and respond to requests courteously.
• Serve food and beverages and replenish as needed.
• Reset room after events and assist with post-event cleanup.
