Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a skilled Outlets supervisor to oversee restaurant and bar operations at our Texas resort. You will manage breakfast, lunch and dinner service, lead the restaurant and room service teams, and ensure top-tier hospitality aligned with HEI standards.

The role emphasizes hiring, training, and coaching staff, maintaining budgets, and complying with safety and quality guidelines to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the resort in Texas Hill Country.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post-high school education.
• Two years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods as directed by the Outlets Manager.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate of staff members.
• Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the various outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff.
