Qualifications

• Must be willing to 'pitch-in' and help co-workers as a team
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage preparation, service standards, and etiquette
• Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware
• Ability to promote menu items and handle guest requests

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during, and after shift for setup and cleanliness
• Greet guests and explain specials/promotions
• Record and repeat guest orders to ensure accuracy
• Enter orders into POS and communicate with kitchen
• Deliver orders to guests with correct condiments
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate beverage rules
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction
• Present check promptly and process payments
• Maintain attendance and be available for shifts
• Perform other duties as assigned
