Qualifications

• Two+ years of post-high school education, culinary education is desirable.
• Five+ years of employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production, prep and presentation of all hotel food.
• Lead kitchen HR: interview, hire, train, coach and evaluate staff.
• Schedule and maintain kitchen sanitation and equipment.
• Monitor labor and food costs; report budgets.
• Assist Executive Chef with seasonal menus and costings.
• In absence, assume Executive Chef responsibilities.
