Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials and promotions.
• Record details of orders, repeat back for accuracy, and input into POS.
• Deliver orders to guests with appropriate condiments and ensure guest satisfaction.
