Job summary

Subway Team Manager role focuses on guest experience, serving great food, keeping the restaurant clean and functional, and managing inventory and money controls. You’ll coordinate local marketing initiatives and recruit staff, while upholding safety standards and being a dependable team player.

Day to day includes recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members, enforcing safety protocols, analyzing records to boost sales, contacting potential guests to promote sales, supporting marketing

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, supervising and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including local and national codes
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring readiness for new marketing windows
