Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees including daily activities and work assignments.
• Lead shifts as the management representative; coach and discipline when needed.
• Observe kitchen operations and address issues promptly.
• Direct scheduling and task assignment before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; monitor food costs, inventory, and Health Dept ratings.
• Ensure food quality and sanitation; enforce CHARM Service Model with every guest.
• Provide Front of House and Back of House training on Ruby Tuesday policies.
• Supervise production and preparation of food and beverages per recipes.
• Resolve guest recovery situations with discretion.
• Follow Operations Playbook and communicate shift notes via the manager logbook.
• Enforce safety measures and manage costs of food and liquor; weekly inventory analysis.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour regulations and restaurant filing responsibilities.
• Maintain equipment reliability and coordinate repairs when needed.
