Job summary

Ruby Tuesday is seeking an experienced AGM to manage daily restaurant operations in Clinton, NC. You will train and supervise kitchen and service teams, handle scheduling, and ensure top-notch guest satisfaction while controlling costs and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, decision-making, and leadership to act as a on-site senior manager in the absence of higher leadership, with a focus on consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all hourly employees including daily activities, work assignments, and time off requests.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide coaching or discipline as needed.
• Direct kitchen and service operations to ensure high-quality dining experiences.
• Set schedules, assign tasks, and supervise shifts.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while managing food costs and inventory.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and food quality standards are met.
• Implement company policies and compliance with wage/hour regulations.
