Job summary

Ruby Tuesday in Eden, NC is seeking an AGM to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, supervise kitchen and service teams, and ensure a high-quality dining experience. The AGM acts as on-site senior management, training staff, directing shifts, and upholding company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include driving sales, controlling costs, conducting evaluations, maintaining sanitation, and implementing the CHARM Service Model with guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees including with respect to their daily activities, work assignments, time off requests and unique needs.
• Direct shifts and conduct periodic performance evaluations, coaching and counseling as necessary.
• Drive sales, manage food costs, inventory, and safety/quality compliance.
• Ensure CHARM Service Model is executed and staff adheres to policy and procedures.
• Maintain sanitation, safety and food quality obligations and training across Front and Back of House.
