The ARGM supports development, performance management, and execution of training materials while ensuring compliance with laws and Pizza Hut brand requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and driving superior service.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food-safety training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM with hiring, training, and building a bench of holding managers and team members.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and uphold brand principals.
• Oversee inventory, forecasting, scheduling, and safety compliance on shifts.
• Develop a store team with high customer satisfaction and meet brand standards.
• Lead with professional image and ethical conduct as a Tasty Hut, LLC representative.
