Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification preferred; willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure service and guest satisfaction
• Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations
• Motivate and manage team members to provide high level hospitality
• Demonstrate leadership with coaching and achieving excellence
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
