Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at all levels.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide the highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plans to promote the Shake Shack brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
