Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Ashtabula, OH. The AGM provides management coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of staff to ensure clean, welcoming, accurate, and efficient service.

Responsibilities include training employees, handling guest needs, coaching, scheduling, inventory, cash procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards. 18+ required; strong communication and leadership skills expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and flexible hours and shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and compliance with workplace laws.
• Coach and develop team members during onboarding.
• Address safety concerns and report to manager/HR.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks.
