Job summary

Pancheros Mexican Grill in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to directly supervise daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold company standards in service, food preparation, safety and sanitation, and manage hiring, training and evaluation of staff.

You will oversee scheduling, budget control, inventory, and cash handling, coach a team of 3–10 per shift, monitor prep and menu quality, and actively market the restaurant within the community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate all restaurant personnel; schedule attendance; enforce policies and procedures.
• Supervise 3–10 employees per shift; assign tasks and monitor completion.
• Monitor quality of prep and menu items to ensure standards are met.
• Ensure safety and sanitation practices are followed and maintained.
• Lead efforts to market the restaurant within the neighborhood and community.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly paperwork and reports and communicate results to owner and franchisor.
