Papa John's International, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant functions, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with policies and laws. You will lead operations, scheduling, and training while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have restaurant management experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires long hours, nights, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years successful restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Serv-Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification.
• Basic accounting including invoice reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
• Cash management skills.
• Bilingual in certain markets.
• Must have a driver’s license valid under state laws.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (50+ per week), including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards; address deficiencies and coach the team.
• Oversee recruitment, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions to maintain standards.
• Manage sales and profits by meeting budgets and optimizing costs with inventory controls.
• Plan and manage operations, safety, security, and maintenance to ensure smooth restaurant functioning.
