Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Skills: cash management, planning and organization, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products and service by training team and ensuring orders meet standards.
• Recruit and train team members, maintain staffing levels, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage sales against budget with customer service and local marketing.
• Control costs and manage inventory and assets to meet safety and security standards.
• Oversee maintenance and ensure equipment operates properly.
