• Monitor product quality and customer service standards.
• Oversee recruiting and staffing compliance; performance reviews and coaching.
• Manage sales goals against budget; drive local marketing and community presence.
• Manage profit goals; control food, labor and other costs; use focus system.
• Plan inventory levels; ensure equipment is maintained; ensure safety and security.

Responsibilities
