This role involves planning, forecasting, and hands-on leadership across operations, team development, and customer service.

The GM reports to operations leadership and may supervise Operations Manager duties when needed.

Qualifikationen

• Two years successful restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Serv-Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification.
• Basic accounting including invoice reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
• Cash management skills.
• Must have a driver’s license and ability to drive.

Aufgaben

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards, identify deficiencies, and follow up with direct reports to address and correct areas of concern.
• Respond professionally to customer concerns or issues.
• Solicit and act on customer feedback to improve operations and brand loyalty.
• Oversee training and execution of quality standards.
• Recruit staffing and ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards.
• Set performance expectations and conduct timely reviews for direct reports.
• Document performance issues and take appropriate disciplinary action up to termination.
• Coach and develop team, fostering teamwork, energy and recognition programs.
• Manage sales goals against budget and prior year; optimize ticket average and order frequency.
• Drive additional sales via local marketing and community presence.
• Control costs and ensure adherence to budget using the FOCUS System.
• Develop plans to resolve unfavorable trends and improve profits.
• Execute administrative and cash management duties.
• Plan inventory to meet demand and minimize loss.
• Maintain safety and security standards and oversee maintenance.
