Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a General Manager for Corporate Restaurant Operations to lead all functions of a Papa John's restaurant and drive profitability. You will ensure quality decisions, proper planning, forecasting, and systems are in place while maintaining compliance with laws and ethical business practices.

The role includes supervising Operations Managers, Managers, and Shift Leaders, overseeing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service and brand standards across operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards, identify deficiencies, and address issues with the team; respond to customer concerns; solicit feedback to improve operations and loyalty; oversee training and execution of quality standards.
• Oversee recruiting to meet staffing needs; enforce appearance standards; set performance expectations and conduct reviews; document issues and take disciplinary action when needed; coach and develop staff and foster teamwork and recognition programs.
• Manage sales goals against budget and prior year; ensure prompt, friendly service; implement plans to improve ticket averages and order frequency; pursue local marketing and community presence to grow revenue.
• Control costs to meet budget; use the FOCUS System for optimization; plan inventory to meet demand; maintain asset care, safety and security; oversee maintenance and repairs as needed.
