Job summary

The role involves leading Operations Managers and shifts when needed, coaching staff, managing sales against budget, controlling food and labor costs, and maintaining safety and quality standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Two years successful restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Serv-Safe/State certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards, address deficiencies with direct reports.
• Oversee training, recruitment, and compliance with appearance and safety standards.
• Manage sales against budget; plan actions to improve ticket average and order frequency.
• Control food, labor, and other costs; ensure adherence to the budget via FOCUS system.
