Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and retain employees; coach performance issues.
• Ensure SOP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee food quality, recipes, plating, and temperatures; maintain SOPs.
• Complete reports and documentation for organizational communication.
